Your mission

You play a key role in expanding our presence in French-speaking Switzerland.
Your approach combines targeted prospecting, strategic advisory skills, and the ability to create high-value advertising solutions. You engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, positioning yourself as a trusted partner rather than just a salesperson.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop a portfolio of high-potential advertisers in the Canton of Vaud.
  • Identify opportunities, initiate contact, and build long-term relationships.
  • Understand clients’ marketing challenges and design tailored proposals.
  • Present, advocate, and defend high value-added solutions.
  • Support clients in the implementation of their campaigns.
  • Actively contribute to the organization’s growth momentum.

Your profile

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in advertising space sales or marketing services.
  • Strong command of B2B sales techniques and short sales cycles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the economic landscape in French-speaking Switzerland.
  • Fluent English and professional-level French; any additional language is an asset.
  • Strong autonomy, excellent organizational skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and persuade effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, standard office tools, and basic design skills using Canva.
